§ 151.31 REMOVAL OF OBSTRUCTIONS; COSTS ASSESSED.
   (A)   It is unlawful, upon conviction of any person, persons or corporation for a violation of the provisions of this subchapter, for the Town Judge to make an order directing the Town Marshal to remove and abate any such obstructions, and it shall be the duty of the Town Marshal to give such person guilty of placing, erecting or locating such obstruction, or causing the same to be done, notice to remove the same.
   (B)   Upon his or her failure to do so within 24 hours, the Marshal shall forthwith remove the same and report the cost thereof to the Town Judge, and the same shall be taxed up against such persons erecting, placing or locating the same, or causing the same to be done, and shall be collected as other costs are collected.
