§ 150.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person, firm, partnership, corporation or other entity violating any of the provisions of the Uniform Housing Code, as adopted per § 150.01 of this code, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and each such person shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation of any of the provisions of this Uniform Housing Code is committed, continued or permitted, and upon conviction of any such violation, such person shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $300 or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.

   (C)   Any person, firm, partnership, corporation or any other entity, as owner, lessee, sublessee or occupant, violating any of the provisions of §§ 150.15 through 150.18 of this code shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and each such person or entity shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation of any provision of §§ 150.15 through 150.18 is committed, continued or permitted. Upon conviction of any such violation, such person or entity shall be punished by a fine of not more than $300 or by imprisonment in jail for not more than 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day of continuing violation of §§ 150.15 through 150.18 shall be deemed a separate offense for the purpose of the penalties prescribed by this division (C).

   (D)   Any person, firm, partnership, corporation or other entity violating any of the provisions of the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, 1979 edition, as adopted per § 150.30 of this code, shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation of any of the provisions of this Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, 1979 edition, is committed, continued or permitted, and upon conviction of any such violation, such person shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $300 or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
