The Town Council adopts and incorporates herein by this reference that certain building code known as the CABO One- and Two-Family Dwelling Code, with the 1984 and 1985 amendments, and all amendments, additions and modifications made thereto (herein collectively called the “Code”), being particularly the current edition of the Code upon adoption by and as amended from time to time by the Building Codes Bureau of the Department of Commerce (or its successor) of this state.
