(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) A nuisance as set out in § 112.12 of this code is punishable as a misdemeanor.

(C) Any person, firm or corporation conducting, owning, operating or managing a secondhand or junk shop, or engaging in such business, without having secured the license set out in § 112.13 of this code shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty prescribed under § 10.99 of this code.
