§ 112.13 SECONDHAND, JUNK SHOP LICENSE REQUIRED.
   No person, firm or corporation shall own, operate, manage or conduct any secondhand or junk shop or engage in such business without first having secured a license therefor from the Town Clerk-Treasurer.
