(A) It shall be unlawful to sell fireworks within the corporate city limits without a permit, issued at City Hall and except on the following dates: ten days before the holidays of New Year’s Day, July 4 and Christmas Day. Sales must cease at midnight on the day of the holiday.
(B) It is unlawful to use fireworks except for a period of two days before New Year’s Day, July 4 and Christmas Day, and two days after. All fireworks must cease at 10:00 p.m., with the exception of the above-named holidays, when they must cease at 12:00 midnight.
