§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   A person who violates a provision of §§ 90.01 through 90.11 is guilty of a separate offense for each day or portion of a day during which the violation is committed, continued or is permitted, and each offense is punishable as follows:
         (a)   First offense: a written warning; and
         (b)   Second offense: a fine not exceeding $25.
      (2)   Additional offenses occurring within 12 months, fine of not less than $50 nor more than $200.

   (C)   When the owner of any poultry found running at large has been notified as required in § 90.26, and shall fail to take up his or her poultry, he or she shall be deemed to be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction may be fined in any sum not exceeding $10.

   (D)   Any person hitching or tying any animal as prescribed the § 90.40 shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $10.
