The Animal Control Officer shall notify the owner of any poultry, as are named is § 90.25, found running at large within the city limits, and not on the premises of the owner, to immediately take them up, and keep them from running at large, and from depredating upon the premises of another, and to keep them from running at large on the public streets of the city.
