§ 90.25 DECLARING POULTRY RUNNING AT LARGE; ODORS AND NOISE.
   The running at large of any poultry, namely chickens, geese, ducks, turkeys or guinea fowls, emus and/or ostriches and odors and noise from the same, within the city limits are hereby declared to be a public nuisance.
