§ 112.03 LICENSE FEES FOR POOL HALLS AND POOL TABLES.
   Every person operating a pool or billiard hall within the corporate limits of the city shall pay an annual fee of $10 for the privilege of pursuing the business and shall pay an additional fee of $5 for each and every pool table used in pursuance of the business.
