§ 112.99 PENALTY.
   Any person, firm, association of persons, corporations or every other organization licensed hereunder violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not more than $200. Each and every violation will be considered a separate offense.
