§ 112.02 LICENSE REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, association of persons, corporation and every other organization, save and except religious, charitable or educational organizations, authorized under the laws of the state, to own and operate, for profit, any pool or billiard table or tables or electronic game or games, as those terms are herein defined, within this city, except where specified without having first obtained an appropriate license from the City Secretary herein provided; which license shall at all times be displayed in some conspicuous place within the licensed place of business.
   (B)   As provided by laws of the state, bona fide religious, charitable or educational organizations, and those persons operating billiard tables or games under authority of the religious, charitable or educational organizations, are exempt from the provisions of this chapter.
