(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person, firm, company or corporation violating the terms of §§ 111.01 through 111.02 shall be subject to a fine of a maximum of $200. Each and every violation shall constitute a separate offense.

(C) Any violation of the provisions of §§ 111.15 through 111.17 shall be subject to the general penalties applicable for the violations as the same are set out in the code of ordinances of the city.
