All structures damaged by fire, explosion, weather or any other cause must be repaired and returned to their original intended use or made compatible with existing or neighboring buildings, or be razed. Work on such structures must be started within sixty (60) days unless given an extension of time by the Board of Zoning and Planning. (Exception: nonconforming structures. See Section 1264.04(e).)
