The fees to be paid when applications or appeals are filed for hearings before the Board of Zoning and Planning shall be as established by Ordinance of Council and as set forth in Section 244.02 of the Administrative Code. The cost of any independent consultants or independent laboratory analysis, testing or review that City Council, the Board of Zoning and Planning or Staff deem necessary to assist them in their review shall be also paid by the applicant.
