452.05 PARKING ON PUBLIC AND PRIVATE PROPERTY.
   (a)   The parking of vehicles on public or private property, excluding dedicated streets and ways set out for public travel and otherwise regulated, is prohibited without the consent of the owner of private property or the proper governmental agency in charge of public property.
   (b)   No person shall park a vehicle on public property in violation of rules and regulations set out by the governmental agency controlling the public property.
   (c)   No person shall park a vehicle on private property in violation of any regulation set down by the owner of the private property.
   (d)   The provisions of subsections (a), (b) and (c) hereof are not applicable unless the private or public property is posted in a conspicuous manner setting forth the prohibition of parking or the conditions and regulations under which parking is permitted.
