410.03 WAIVER PROHIBITED BY MULTIPLE OFFENDERS.

Any person who has been guilty of two or more violations of any of the provisions of this Traffic Code within a twelve-month period, shall not be permitted to pay a fine at the Traffic Violations Bureau but must deposit cash bail, equivalent to double the prescribed fine, for appearance in Court, at a time specified by the Bureau.
