434.09 DAMAGING PROPERTY.

No person having charge of any vehicle shall run the same into or against any curbing, sidewalk, tree, shrubbery, electric light standard, water hydrant, traffic signal, danger signal or warning sign or standard along any street or other public way, thereby cracking, breaking or otherwise injuring the same.
