240.05 POLICE PARKING CONTROL OFFICER.

(EDITOR'S NOTE: Former subsection (a) hereof was repealed by Ordinance 49-90, passed May 22, 1990. See Section 262.02 for current legislation pertaining to uniform allowances.)

(b) The Police Parking Control Officer shall be under the direction of the Chief of Police and shall be subject to the rules and regulations prescribed by the Police Department.
