§ 91.18 GENERAL PROHIBITION ON OPEN BURNING, OUTDOORS BURNING AND REFUSE BURNING.

General prohibition on outdoors burning and refuse burning. Open burning, outdoor burning, and refuse burning are prohibited in Beverly Shores unless this subchapter or state statute specifically permits the burning.
