§ 91.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to the fine provisions in §§ 10.97 and 10.98.

   (B)   Any person(s) who is found to be in violation of the provisions of § 91.04 shall be subject to a fine in an amount not to exceed $250 nor less than $100 for the first violation and a fine in an amount not to exceed $1,000 nor less than $500 for any subsequent violation. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be fined as such.

   (C)   The penalty for a violation of any portion of §§ 91.15 through 91.24 shall be a forfeiture of not less than $100 or more than $1,000 plus the cost of prosecution. Penalties are doubled for second and subsequent offenses. Each day a violation continues shall be an additional violation.
