§ 90.03 REGULATION OF CATS.
   (A)   Cats allowed to roam off the premises of their owners must be neutered or spayed.
   (B)   It is unlawful and a nuisance for the owner, keeper, custodian or possessor of any unaltered cat to allow it to roam or run at large in the town. These animals may be captured, impounded and destroyed consistent with the provisions of § 90.04.
