No hauling or construction related parking shall be permitted on a public street except as otherwise approved by the building official and city engineer, provided that the work described in an application for a permit, and the plans, specifications and other data filed therewith, conform to the requirements of this code, the technical codes and other pertinent laws and ordinances, and that the fees specified by resolution of the city council in section 9-1-110 of this chapter have been paid.
