8-4-2: SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION AND DESIGN:

Sidewalk construction shall comply with the specifications on file in the office of the transportation/engineering official. Sidewalk marking, color, and design shall comply with the "sidewalk marking design standard" on file in the office of the transportation/engineering official. Sidewalk construction shall require a permit issued by the transportation/engineering official under chapter 2 of this title. (1962 Code §§ 7-3.22, 7-3.23)
