7-4-304: DENIAL OF PERMIT:
Where the permit is denied, the applicant shall be notified in writing in accordance with title 1, chapter 5, article 1 of this code, of the denial and the reasons therefor. (Ord. 15-O-2671, eff. 2-6-2015)
