A. No person may use any portion of the public right of way to offer for sale, solicit the sale of, sell, distribute, or announce by any means the availability of, any goods, merchandise, printed material, or other item to any person traveling by vehicle along the following streets or in the following areas:
1. Sunset Boulevard;
2. Santa Monica Boulevard;
3. Wilshire Boulevard;
4. Olympic Boulevard;
5. Robertson Boulevard;
6. Doheny Drive;
7. That portion of Beverly Drive South of Wilshire Boulevard;
8. Any portion of the public right of way within one hundred feet (100') of any intersection involving any street listed in subsections A1 through A7 of this section; or
9. Any portion of the public right of way in the area bounded by, and including, Wilshire Boulevard to the south, Santa Monica Boulevard to the north, and Crescent Drive to the east. (Ord. 89-O-2071, eff. 9-5-1989)
