6-2-301: APPLICABILITY:
The provisions of this article apply to an "open video system operator", as defined in section 6-2-601 of this chapter, that intends to deliver video programming to consumers in the city over an open video system. (Ord. 01-O-2372, eff. 3-30-2001)
