The city may collect the wastewater capacity charge from the wastewater user with a bill for wastewater service charges, or by delivering a separate bill for the wastewater capacity charge. The city may collect the wastewater capacity charge in two (2) or more installments. The city council may provide, by resolution, for an alternative procedure for collection of the wastewater capacity charge. (Ord. 15-O-2695, eff. 1-1-2016)
