6-1-351: ESTABLISHMENT OF A WASTEWATER CAPACITY CHARGE:
The user of city wastewater service shall pay a wastewater capacity charge in an amount established by resolution of the city council. The wastewater capacity charge is due upon the final inspection of a project. (Ord. 15-O-2695, eff. 1-1-2016)
