The director of transportation and engineering shall keep complete records of all permit applications and permits issued for sewer construction. All permit applications and permits issued under this article for industrial discharges shall be maintained by the public works administrator or his duly authorized representative. All applications shall include location, plans and specific description of the use, and the names and addresses of applicants and permittees. All records of fee payments made in compliance with this article shall be maintained by the director of finance administration. (1962 Code §§ 5-6.01 et seq., 6-1.301 - 6-1.304)
