5-6-1304: LEAVING PERSONAL PROPERTY ON PUBLIC WAYS:
No person shall leave or permit to remain on any public street, greenbelt, median island, parking lot, alley, sidewalk, or other public place or way open for pedestrian or vehicular travel any merchandise, baggage or other article of personal property except as permitted by the city. (Ord. 93-O-2165, eff. 4-23-1993)
