5-6-1205: REGULATIONS AUTHORIZED:
The director of public works may establish regulations relating to the disposal of solid waste and special waste and such regulations shall become effective upon approval of the city council. Any violation of the regulations is considered a violation of this code. (Ord. 93-O-2167, eff. 7-2-1993)
