5-2-502: APPLICABILITY OF FERAL CAT TNR PROGRAM:
   A.   Permits may be issued under this article only for TNR activities in the Central Area of the city as depicted in the city's zoning map.
   B.   No feeding and/or trapping activity shall be permitted within one thousand feet (1,000') of the perimeter of any city park. (Ord. 09-O-2568, eff. 10-16-2009)
