A. Except as provided in subsection B of this section, the provisions of this chapter shall be applicable to all adult entertainment businesses described herein whether such businesses were established before or after the effective date of this chapter.
B. Any adult entertainment businesses legally in business prior to the effective date of this chapter shall have six (6) months to comply with the terms of this chapter. (Ord. 98-O-2302, eff. 7-2-1998)
