4-4-609: ANNUAL REVENUE REPORT:
On or before February 1 of each year, the permittee shall file an annual report of the gross revenue received from sale of firearms and ammunition during the previous year. Such report shall be filed with the Beverly Hills police department and shall indicate the quantity and classification of firearms and ammunition sold. (Ord. 95-O-2240, eff. 7-7-1995; amd.
