4-4-402: RESTRICTIONS AND PROHIBITIONS:
   A.   No person operating or managing any theater regulated by this article shall:
      1.   Commence the showing of any motion picture or the holding of any performance or the sale of any ticket before the hour of twelve o'clock (12:00) noon; or
      2.   Commence the showing of any motion picture or the holding of any performance or selling of tickets after the hour of ten o'clock (10:00) P.M.
   B.   For the purposes of this section, the terms "sale of any ticket" and "sell tickets" shall not apply to the sale of reserved tickets for showings or performances on other days than the day of the sale.
   C.   The provisions of this section shall not apply to the showing of a motion picture or the holding of a performance in a theater, which show or performance is attended principally by persons who purchased an admission ticket on a day other than on a day of the showing or performance.
