4-4-401: APPLICATION OF ARTICLE:
The provisions of this article shall apply only to theaters which have a seating capacity in excess of two hundred (200) seats, and which have either a ticket booth or a public entrance within three hundred feet (300') of any residential structure. (1962 Code § 4-13.02 et seq.)
