4-4-206: RESPONSIBILITY FOR COMPLIANCE:

It shall be the responsibility of each attendant at each attendant parking facility to comply with each of the requirements of this article during the time working at such facility, and it shall be the responsibility of each operator of each vehicle parking facility to ensure that each of the requirements of this article is complied with. (1962 Code § 6-16.01 et seq.)
