4-2-2001: PERMIT REQUIRED:
No person shall engage in, carry on or conduct the business of "fortune telling" as defined in this article without a permit issued under the provisions of chapter 1, article 1 of this title. (Ord. 95-O-2246, eff. 10-7-1995)
