4-2-1802: CRITERIA FOR ISSUANCE OR DENIAL OF IDENTIFICATION CARD:
The provisions of section 4-1-203 of this title shall not be applicable for an identification card required by this article. An identification card required by this article shall be issued upon compliance with the requirements of section 4-1-202 of this title. (1962 Code § 4-6.01 et seq.)
