4-2-1704: RESTRICTIONS AND PROHIBITIONS:
Veterinary clinics and pet shops are prohibited within fifty feet (50') of any residence, dwelling house, lodging house, hotel, school, theater, church, or restaurant. (1962 Code § 5-1.401 et seq.)
