4-2-1702: DEFINITIONS:
PET SHOP: Any store or place of business where animals, birds or reptiles are sold, or kept for sale, or for the purpose of dealing therein.
VETERINARY CLINIC: Any clinic, hospital, or other establishment for the treatment of sick, injured or diseased animals. (1962 Code § 5-1.401 et seq.)
