4-2-1605: RESTRICTIONS AND PROHIBITIONS:
   A.   Any business on a vacant lot shall comply with permitted uses under the city zoning regulations.
   B.   Any used car business shall be prohibited on a vacant lot; provided further, that used cars may be offered for sale if incidental to an adjacent new car dealership. (1962 Code § 6-5.01 et seq.)
