"Automobile parking and shuttle service" shall mean any person, firm, or corporation engaging in the activity of parking or shuttling vehicles for patrons, guests, or other persons, whether employed by or under contract to the business or other organization for which the vehicles are being parked or whether such activity is operated independently.
