This code is a compilation and codification of the criminal and regulatory ordinances of the city of Beverly Hills which ordinances have been enacted and published in accordance with the provisions of the general law of the state of California, and which have not been repealed, and is done by virtue of the authority granted in section 50022.2 of the Government Code of the state of California.
