If, pursuant to SB 9, more than one unit is developed on a single lot, one of such units shall be available at a rental rate affordable to low income tenants if it is rented. Upon request by the City, a property owner shall furnish the rental or lease agreements for any units rented or leased on a parcel that was developed pursuant to the regulations outlined in this article.
