10-3-4909: MINIMUM WIDTH OF BUILDING:
The front most unit constructed on a site with street frontage shall have a minimum unit width of forty feet (40') or seventy five percent (75%) of the lot width, whichever is less. (Ord. 21-O-2853, eff. 12-7-2021; amd. Ord. 22-O-2856, eff. 1-18-2022; Ord. 22-O-2869, eff. 11-16-2022)
