6-1-612: RULES AND REGULATIONS:
The public works administrator shall have the authority to prescribe and promulgate rules and regulations for implementation of the water system cross connection control program established by this article. Such rules and regulations shall be consistent with the provisions of this article. (Ord. 89-O-2058, eff. 5-18-1989)
