4-1-108: NOTICE OF HEARING AND GROUNDS FOR SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION:

Prior to suspension or revocation of a permit, the permittee shall be notified in writing of the grounds for suspension or revocation of the permit and a hearing shall be held thereon. Notice of the hearing shall be given in accordance with section 1-5-101 of this code to the permittee at least ten (10) days prior to the hearing. (1988 Code)
