Regulatory permits issued pursuant to this article shall be effective for a period of one year from the date of issuance unless a different period is specified on the permit, or is designated for the type of permit governing the specific business or activity. A separate permit is required for each location at which the business or activity is conducted or operated. (1988 Code)
